Kim Stafford Miller, SPHR
Kim has been in the field of Human Resources and Payroll for 30 years. Having run her firm for more than 20 years, she has a real love for helping folks and educating them. She has been a speaker at the SHRM Annual Conference and has been published in HR Magazine, as well as NAPEO Insider Magazine, and holds several professional designations. Her love of people and the law drew her to the Human Resource industry, and she’s never left it. Kim is a registered Native American member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma which makes Monster HR a designated Woman Owned and Minority Owned business. You can find Kim in the Irvine office most of the time, but she makes frequent trips to the AZ office.
Zachary Miller, PHR
Zach started training with Kim right out of college and has been in the field now for over 13 years. Zach oversees all client activity and team members but specializes in the larger employee headcount clients due to his strong organizational skills. Zach is also a registered Native American member of the Choctaw Tribe and has performed numerous projects for the tribe. Zach is located in the Irvine office but makes frequent trips to the AZ office.
Eric Stafford, PHR, CPP
Eric manages our payroll department and has unbridled talent in system programming, auditing, and processing. Eric interned with Kim and learned about the HR field while still in school. After he graduated, he decided to make Payroll his career. Eric is a Certified Payroll Professional and also a registered member of the Choctaw Tribe. Eric is located in the Irvine office primarily but also lends support to the AZ office when needed.
Steven is our Onboarding and Payroll support. Steven keeps track of system requirements, equipment, issues credentials, and continually audits our system for accuracy. Steven also handles onboarding of new hires and assists payroll with processing. Steven is also a registered member of the Choctaw Tribe and can be found in the Irvine office primarily but makes trips to the AZ office when needed.
Jamie Rivera, PHR
Jamie heads our Benefit department. Jamie spent her early career in law enforcement but migrated to HR after meeting Zachary and learning about the field of HR. Jamie is now an expert in benefits, leaves of absence, and auditing and is studying for her CEBS test this year. Jamie is your point person with the carriers and brokers and handles all plan management activities. Jamie oversees a group of very talented employee benefit specialists. Jamie is located in the Irvine office but makes frequent trips to the AZ office.
