At Monster HR, we want to feel like we are making a positive impact for our clients. We want to be considered an extension of your company. To accomplish that, you will be frequently visited by your dedicated Account Manager and your Payroll Account Manager. Your Account Manager will be hands-on and on-site when it’s time to onboard a new employee, celebrate a win, perform a termination, present trainings, complete an investigation, or just to bring the team some cookies! You nor your employees will ever be just an invoice to us.

We treat our clients with white glove service and develop strong relationships that you can rely on daily.

I’ve been in this business for 30 years and I’ve learned a few things along the way……Treat people how you want to be treated, always leave a person with their dignity, and believe that people generally want to do a good job for you. If you start with this foundation, you will usually get the best out of your team. I know the challenges of running a small or midsize company and that is why I developed Monster HR, so that I could give the kind of support that I wish I had in the beginning. If you are currently with a PEO but find that you still have that gap of HR administrative support, call us. We can fill that gap and work side by side with your PEO. Monster HR is a family owned and operated firm that wholeheartedly believes in people before profits and treating your employees with the same respect you would want to be treated with. If you are looking for a true partner to help support your business, give us a call and let’s chat about your needs.

The difference between us and other “HR outsourcing” firms is that we actually do the functional work. Other firms may offer you an “Advisory Program” or “Hotline platform” but very likely will charge you an additional fee for each service you request. At Monster, we perform the work for you, for example:

Create your handbook and keep it updated throughout the year.

Create your 300 Log for WC compliance every February.
Represent you at hearings.
Create Performance Management documents needed for Coachings, Corrective Actions, and PIPs and meet with the team member to present it.
Train your managers in person.
Shop your insurances for renewal.
Hold your open enrollment meetings.
Administer and audit your benefit programs.
Administer your WC program including reporting, monitoring cases, investigations, and closures
Administer and monitor your LOA program
Process and audit your payroll program for compliance

This is just a short list of the tasks we perform and it’s all part of our flat fee service program. Using Monster HR is more cost effective than it is to hire just one Certified Professional HR person and safer than hiring an administrative person who may not be qualified to administer and manage California or Federal laws. When you compare the cost of hiring internally and paying employer taxes, benefits, and workman’s comp vs. getting an entire team of Certified experts it is an easy decision to outsource to Monster HR. If you want an HR and Payroll partner that is truly invested in your success, give us a call.
