Business driven. People focused.
At Monster HR, we want to feel like we are making a positive impact for our clients. We want to be considered an extension of your company. To accomplish that, you will be frequently visited by your dedicated Account Manager and occasionally by your Payroll Account Manager (when we can untie him/her from their desk.) We don’t want your employees to view us as the people who just show up when it’s time to terminate someone. Your Account Manager will be hands-on and on-site when it’s time to onboard a new employee, celebrate a win, yes, unfortunately to terminate, to perform trainings or complete an investigation or just to bring ya’ll some cookies! One of our biggest clients is the largest Jimmy John’s Sandwiches (who makes great cookies) franchisee in CA. What I’m getting at here folks is that you nor your employees will ever be just an invoice to us.
I’ve been in this business for 30 years and I’ve learned a few things along the way……Treat people how you want to be treated, always leave a person with their dignity, and believe that people generally want to do a good job for you. If you start with this foundation, you will usually get the best out of your team. Monster HR is a family owned and operated firm, so we believe wholeheartedly in people before profits and treating your employees with the same respect you treat your family. If you want an HR and Payroll partner that is truly invested in your success and isn’t going to give you gravy and tell you it’s jelly, because you know gravy aint sweet, give us shout. We are the real deal.
